Our technology is a single-use, user-friendly COVID test kit that can produce a positive or negative result at home within 30 minutes. This technology bypasses centralized medical lab testing and streamlines patient care. Our current areas of focus include COVID and influenza.


Position Summary:

The Master Scheduler will coordinate supply, production, and inventory schedules to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing at our critical contract manufacturers and 3PL partners.


Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the master schedule of supply, demand, and inventory at FG Assembly Contract Manufacturing Sites and through distribution to customers.
  • Collaborates with suppliers, contract manufacturers, sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments tracking and forecasting supply, demand, and inventory throughout the supply chain.
  • Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.
  • Continually coordinates with buyers to ensure consistent supply ordered for all supply chain nodes and aligns to perpetually changing demand and manufacturing.
  • Collaborates with sales on the master distribution schedule to customers; revising as needed and alerting appropriate teams of schedule changes or delays.
  • Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with supply chain, sales, manufacturing, and other related departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
  • Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager and/or combined in a warehouse role.
  • Meticulous and detail orientated
  • Experience with ERP Systems – Netsuite preferred
  • Proactive, organized, self-motivated individual, requiring minimal supervision, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely proficient with production planning, supply, and inventory systems.
